Palace Gardens is located in the quiet neighborhood of Lake Serene. Our home has beautiful flower gardens; There is a nice deck in the backyard — ideal for supervised outdoor activities where residents can socialize, get some sun, or just take in the beautiful view and some fresh air.
Our staff consists of Home Care Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants who have additional certification in the following areas: Mental Health, Dementia, and Diabetes Care.

Rahel Bogale is the owner/operator of Palace Gardens AFH. Rahel has been working in long-term care for many years — she has over 10 years of experience, providing personal care to adults.
Training Includes: Residential Care Administrator Training • Nurse Delegation Training • Dementia Specialty Training • Mental Health Specialty Training • Certified First Aid /CPR • 12 Hours of continuing education annually
